My Boy’s Baking
Biscotti, brownies, cookies, granola, and gift-ready bakery favorites from a Pennsylvania family business built around making baked goods feel special.
My Boy’s Baking began with a trade-show order for 1,500 tins of biscotti. That one order gave Cindy and Robert Levine the confidence to turn a home-kitchen idea into a full-time Bethlehem bakery with a strong reputation for fresh baking and distinctive gifting.

Where It Began
A trade-show sample of biscotti becomes a 1,500-tin corporate gift order.
One Big Order Changed the Direction of the Kitchen.
Cindy and Robert Levine began building My Boy’s Baking in 2004.
At a trade show, an executive from a garment-industry publication tried their biscotti and liked it enough to place an order for 1,500 tins for the publication’s holiday corporate gifts.
That first major order did more than move a lot of biscotti. It gave the Levines confidence that their baking could become a real business.
The following holiday season, they began marketing gift tins to corporate customers from their home kitchen. Two years later, My Boy’s Baking became a full-time bakery.

Gifting Was There From the Beginning
The Bakery Business Grew Inside a Gift Tin.
For My Boy’s Baking, packaging was never an afterthought. The first big opportunity was already a gift order.
Cindy brought experience from the gift industry together with her passion for baking, creating a business where the container and presentation mattered almost as much as what was baked inside.
The bakery still offers ready-made gifts as well as custom collections, using boxes, baskets, decorative tins, trays, cookie jars, and other packaging designed to make the baked goods feel occasion-ready.
That history makes My Boy’s Baking especially compatible with Gift With a Story. We are not asking a bakery to become a gift company—it already thinks that way.
The first breakthrough was not just biscotti. It was biscotti packed as a gift.
Why the presentation mattersFrom the Bethlehem Bakery
Freshly Baked, All Natural, and Made to Be Shared.
My Boy’s Baking describes its products with three ideas: all natural, freshly baked, and beautifully packaged.
Freshly Made
The bakery centers its business around products baked for gifting, snacking, and special occasions.
Unexpected Combinations
Chocolate, toffee, pecans, sour cherries, pistachios, caramel, and peanut butter turn familiar bakery formats in new directions.
Presentation Matters
Boxes, tins, baskets, trays, and other gift-ready packaging are part of the bakery’s identity.
Built for Occasions
The products are designed to move naturally from bakery shelf to birthday, holiday, corporate gift, or care package.
Selected for a Reason
Why We Chose My Boy’s Baking.
Some makers give us one remarkable product. My Boy’s Baking gives us an entire bakery counter.
Biscotti can go into a coffee gift. Brownies can make a comfort box feel more indulgent. Cookies fit naturally into college and holiday gifts. Granola can move in the opposite direction and make a breakfast gift feel more complete.
Just as important, My Boy’s Baking is local to us. Its Bethlehem location gives Gift With a Story another Lehigh Valley maker to place beside Red Door Coffee and other Pennsylvania products.
The company’s own origin also mirrors what we care about: good food, thoughtful packaging, and the belief that what you send someone should feel intentionally chosen.
A bakery that understood gift-giving before its doors were even fully open.

A Lehigh Valley Maker
PAA Modern Pennsylvania Bakery Story.
My Boy’s Baking is not a heritage brand from the nineteenth century. Its story begins in the twenty-first.
That is part of why it belongs here. Gift With a Story is not only about preserving old traditions. It is also about recognizing the family businesses creating new regional traditions now.
From a home-kitchen corporate gift business to a full-time Bethlehem bakery, My Boy’s Baking represents the newer side of Pennsylvania food entrepreneurship.
And because it is located in the Lehigh Valley, the story is not abstract for us—it is close to home.
