We use your coffee preference as our guide, then hand-pick the actual coffee each month from Red Door, Horn & Hardart and Café du Monde.

One Bottle.
A New Reason to Bake.
Each month begins with a Cook's extract, but the dispatch is really about what that flavor can become. We pair the bottle with a recipe, flavor notes and ideas for using it beyond a single bake.
Vanilla may lead to cookies one month. Lemon may lead to a spring cake. Maple, cinnamon, rum or bourbon may arrive when the season calls for something warmer. The club follows the kitchen, not a rigid rotation.
