Awcklands Honey
Raw & Local Honey from Pennsylvania Hives
Awckland’s Sugar Shack & Apiary manages approximately 250 hives across Bucks, Berks, Lehigh, and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania. Their honey is harvested locally and kept unfiltered, allowing the natural flavors, color, and character of each harvest to shine through.
In Prohibition terms, this is the “good stuff.” No shortcuts. No mass production. Just honest honey produced by hardworking bees and a family dedicated to quality.
Spreadable (Creamed) Honey: Smooth, Spoonable, Addictive
Spreadable honey—also known as creamed honey—is one of Awckland’s standout offerings. Made through a controlled crystallization process, it results in a smooth, creamy texture that’s easy to spread and hard to put down.
It’s perfect for toast, biscuits, pancakes, charcuterie boards, or stirred into warm tea or coffee. Think of it as the speakeasy version of honey: refined, comforting, and always welcome at the table.
